- Referral source (how you found Atlas Command™)

- To provide and improve the Atlas Command platform
- To communicate important updates about the service or your access
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience
- To process beta feedback and feature requests
- To respond to sovereign and enterprise inquiries
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not share personal information without your consent
- We do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting
- We do not track you across other websites
4. Cookies and localStorage
Atlas Command uses browser localStorage for access level management, user preferences, and local analytics. We do not set tracking cookies from Atlas Command. If you clear your browser data, your access level and preferences will be reset.
5. Third-party services
We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymized traffic data to understand how the platform is used. Google Analytics may set its own cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using browser extensions or settings. We do not share personally identifiable information with Google Analytics.
6. Data retention
Beta signup data and usage analytics are retained for 12 months after the beta period ends. Sovereign inquiry data is retained until the inquiry is resolved or you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to:

- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Withdraw consent for communications

8. Data location
Data may be processed and stored internationally. By using Atlas Command, you consent to the transfer of data to servers outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure data is handled securely regardless of location.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
