1. Service description
Atlas Command™ is a planetary decision intelligence platform providing geopolitical, defense, cyber, and strategic analysis across 197 countries. The platform aggregates open-source intelligence, satellite data, conflict tracking, and AI-generated analysis to support decision-makers in government, defense, energy, finance, and security sectors.
2. Account and access
Access levels include Observer (free), Analyst (paid), and Sovereign (enterprise). Beta access may be granted temporarily during promotional periods. Beta access grants full Analyst features and may be revoked or expire without notice. Access levels are managed via browser localStorage — clearing your browser data may reset your access level.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute intelligence data or analysis without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract platform data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use platform data to train AI or machine learning models
- Use platform data to harm individuals, organizations, or nations
- Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limiting, or feature gating
- Share login credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the platform
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
4. Intellectual property
All content, analysis, data presentations, visualizations, and platform design are owned by Atlas Command and Yasmine Rifai. The platform name, logo, and branding are proprietary. Third-party data sources (including Guerillamap, ACLED, GDELT, NASA, USGS, and other OSINT feeds) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable terms.
5. Data and accuracy disclaimer
Intelligence provided by Atlas Command is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, official government intelligence, or expert analysis. Atlas Command does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from third-party sources including but not limited to Guerillamap OSINT feeds, open-source conflict datasets, and automated RSS aggregation. AI-generated analysis (including Atlas Commander responses and Intelligence Briefs) may contain errors and should be independently verified.
6. Limitation of liability
Atlas Command is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Command and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on its data, or inability to access the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke beta access, paid access, or any user's access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
